My last fig.8 throw you can see me hitting myself in the back of the head. I stepped in a hole just as I am about to throw forward. Its the first time that ever happened to me. Probably gonna hold off on videos now.

I think what happened, (aside from the hole, maybe the cause as well,) was that the sling lost its tention, without centrifugal force it will droop. The main thing would be not to hit yourself in the face.

I have never ever hit my self and when I did I got it video. I did not hit my leg.
