Everyone,
I have started a SLINGING STYLES section in the FAQ thread. At present only Fig.8 and two references. Please feel free to post suggestions for inclusion. Try toinclude only definitive examples of some given style following the same format as then all I have to do is cut and paste.
NAME OF STYLE
Person doing the demo, Name of Clip
Short explanatory text.
URL link.
As a minimum we need:
Fig.8
Apache
Sidearm
Underarm
Helicopter
Greek Style
Balearic
Thanking you in advance,
Aussie

I love the tutorial section. Definately keep it free of discussion posts. All the comments really water things down. Nice and simple. Excellent Job!

I welcome suggestions as well as material preformatted for a quick cut and paste. However, once actioned they will be deleted from the FAQ thread only.

looking good.
I'd send you a mince pie but it'd probably go stale by the time it got there.
Smoking up some cheese and marmite pork snackstix this weekend - might send you some of those
Should be good for a month or so at ambient temps once I've vacpacked them.

Massi - WTF? It's called a sling. You use it to throw rocks farther and faster than you could otherwise. That's all.

Eating marmite is funny, whomever the unfortunate victim may be.
During WW2, the British would interrogate captured enemy agents using the odd heavy method. If that didn't work they would threaten them with a marmite sandwich. They always caved in!
