You clearly had a good night, but, from the pictures it seems to me that there was several weapons present(bow and arrows at least), and fire, and a total lack of adult supervision.

I haven't got one, lycurgus might.
Basically it was a long machete but about 1/2 inch thick. way too heavy for a sword but nice weight for an axe/heavy duty machete but with a hand guard. Odd bit of kit.

BTW in case anyone was wondering, I was the guy in the pirate / highwayman type get up. My wife is standing next to me in the picture with her coat on over her costume because she was cold, all together now........ahhhh. Grin
