Challenge to knappers

Here's something to spend some of your free time.

This drawing is my interpretation of what an arrowhead should look like. If you are a knapper, make an arrowhead that's as close to the drawing as possible. Post your finished work and then, make your own drawing of what YOU think an arrow head should look like, and so on.

If you are a beginner, give it your best shot, I know I will.
If you are an expert, give tips and advice for the more inexperienced.
Keep designs simple for the convenience of us amateurs.

I'm wating for your designs.

Any material is acceptable, as well as the tools you use. When you are done, don't forget to put your own drawing so I can reproduce it.

this is my type of arrow, the fins are to stabalize-the front end is sharp while the back end is some sorta cloth.

the body is round

if my picture isn't formatted right, can a moderator PLEASE format it? i have no idea how

sadly, this type of ammo can only be made out of metal  Cry

A Bi-pointed arrowhead... interesting it looks cool but i think you could loose the arrow if the broadhead got stuck in a bone, you know like a rib, and that every point ended in a different side of it,
i think from my theorical hunting experience that would cause a very painful and slow death to the animal.

i do Not consider myself a experienced knapper, but if your fingers hurt when knapping you could use thick leather/working gloves, when starting this is neccesary to protect you from the flakes.

to knap thick glass you should start concusion flaking (hitting the rock with a rounded object carefully and in the right angles) that makes the glass thinner, and easier to pressure flake. you should also search things in youtube, particularly this guy: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X2UPpwzVLB0 (thanks rockman) he has like 7 videos of 8-9 minutes long, no part of the process was cut, so you can see very detailedly and with instruction how it is done.
remember obsidian is natural, higher priced glass.

Castanon, I'll get started on your arrowhead as soon as I can.
Kid, your design is daunting, but I'll still give it a shot.
