actually the logic's not terribly bad. go round to bars, pick up their empties, and to pop off the bottom, drop a fairly long nail into the bottle, put your thumb over the neck and shake it up and down. The bottom pops neatly off. (do it over grass, or you will have a broken bottle bottom, which broken bottle bottles are a bummer.)
