I was looking at the slinging.org picture galleries recently and noticed that the slinging.org members pictures were no longer available on the current site. personally,I think this is a bit of a shame really, I don't know about others, but when I first started slinging I found them inspirational, it was intersting to see the various designs and materials used which in turn gave me plenty of ideas to play around with, not to mention those awsome looking slings by benjamin scott, which are some of the most aesthetically pleasing slings I have ever seen.

but alas the members gallery is no longer...

or is it?

don't ya just love google? I found a link to the 'old' slinging.org members gallery, which, if your a pic junkie like me, is well worth a look through.

enjoy,

You can still access the members gallery from this site.  All you have to do is click on the hall of fame button at the top of the forum page.  That will send you back to the main site, but with the members gallery available.

you know - as the first person to build and hold a slingfest outside of spain I can't help feel that gunsonwheels ought to be on that page somewhere :-)
Not to mention aussieslinger for single handedly coming up with what is fast becoming a universal sling.

I assume you mean the hall of fame page. I believe the Member's Gallery is on a voluntary basis (as in anyone who submits decent pictures can get them posted.)

As far as the Hall of Fame, it hasn't even been updated for our current round of moderators. I guess it's just fallen by the wayside... But it would be cool if we could get it up and going again. There are a lot of people who deserve credit for advancing the slinging cause.
