It sounds like you've made a war club. There are a million names for these things -- bagorro, barkal, dangra, jawati, mugdar, potu, wongala, yural-bari, and the like. They were a standard weapon in the Pacific Islands, and you can find lots of them hanging in whaling museums and the like. Some of them are works of art. And in the hands of someone who knows how to use them, they can be very good weapons.
