One of the side effects of having this hobby is that pebbled surfaces look incredibly appealing.
There are decorative pebbled squares around planted trees in a square in my home town with pebbles just the perfect size and shape. Every single time I walk past those I get the urge to just sling one across the square.
I may actually take a photo next time.
Ha! Yes! I have exactly the same thought anytime I go somewhere new with landscaped planters.
"I could sling that."

It's so nice. It's really supple, but has far less stretch than cow leather of greater thickness.

I tried to order one. I couldn't find an option to ship internationally.

Their shipping info says international orders should contact them via email,
https://karmineleathercraft.com/policies/shipping-policy
. I guess they handle them differently.

I missed that entirely. From the listing, it said international shipping calculated at check-out. I did send an email asking, but I also asked my sister (she's a leather worker) if she had a source of it, and she does! So she said she'd bring me some next time she visits.

Uk, Sherwood forest based leather worker here !!
I have kangaroo leather, yes it is wonderful stuff.
The guy who taught me leatherwork, more years ago than I care to remember, met the Australian guy who did his Phd on leather and as part of it covered a building in kangaroo leather !!
If anybody in uk of Europe wants leather for slings I have better than my body weight in leather stock and will happily post a bag of suitable scraps - not kangaroo- (for an s.a.e.) to you.
Cheers.
😁👍👍

Braided (550) paracord sling. Tapered release cord, split pouch, mostly held together by walker knots. Heavily inspired by Practical Paracord's slings. Roughly 68cm/27in long.
Please forgive the cardinal sin of using superglue to hold the cracker in place... i couldnt figure out a different way

I doubt the cracker will last long, but afaik it doesn't have a practical use beside sound anyway so I don't really mind.
Haven't really gotten to test this one out, I'm new to slinging in general, so I won't really be able to tell if it's a good sling or not lol.
