Its 29" folded and has a paracord guts cracker; also waxed with beeswax too I struggle to perfectly center the belly, it always ends up slightly pointing to one side!

That's basically the experience I get from the double finger look. I know they work because there's plenty of slingers who use them, and who can hit a target much more consistently than me. But I could never get a feel for the double loop. Even after multiple 100-Rounds, something just doesn't feel right.

I agree, the cracker is most definitely not Egyptian. I made it based on Jaegoor's replaceable cracker design so that the end of the sling would last much longer without me splicing in synthetic materials.

Just finished my latest creation; a tiny wee sling for my daughter’s third birthday. She has watched myself an my 5 year old daughter learn and has been asking for one for a while.

It’s very small, designed to throw equally tiny projectiles and be manageable for her. The finger loop is so small I cannot use the sling Grin

It’s made in two coloured jute; twisted green and a natural type with a gold filament accenting it. It really pops in the light. I also waxed the cords to make them more resistant to getting wet because she’s bound to drop it in water!
