My favorites are the four slings on the last pink page. The multicolored one my 11 year old daughter made with me. The cloth one is the first real sling I ever made its the one that works like a draw string effect. ( It is the one I have stretched over my thumb in the next pic.) The leather one is the best leather design I ever came up with. It can cup any shape. The sling laying on top of the dollar is my first acceptable braid and woven sling I ever made. I used it exclusivly for over one year throwing anything I could get my hands on. It is completely made of jute. I guess between 300 to 500 throws before the not broke off the relese cord. The pouch is still very good. It is retired now.

The picture of the two slings with the dollar between them are the ones I had made for me and sent from mexico. The pouches are huge. I have not been able to figure out how they are woven. They are made from a cactus fiber.

So is there a link or other way of contacting your braider in Mexico. I really like the look of those slings and think a similar one would look nice next to my outher ethnic slings.

I made it out of 550 cord with a leather pouch. I sewed it with wax coated string.
