We've had some great moderators keeping a watchful eye on the forum, keeping things in order, and helping out.  But, I thought it was time to mix things up a little, and bring in some fresh blood. 

David T has been a moderator for over a year (maybe 2).  I think he might have even been one of the originals!  I can't thank him enough for all his helpful posts and vigilance.

Douglas_The_Black was relatively new, but never lacked enthusiasm.  When I asked him if he wanted the position, he jumped right in and has played a huge part in the forum as of late.  He currently has the most number of posts on the forum: 1805!

Then of course there is Yurek.  Not around as much as we'd like , but always one to contribute and impress us!

Now we welcome three new moderators:  Tint, Willeke, and Gun.  All three have shown themselves to be enthusiastic and helpful on the forum, and I know they'll be awesome!

I think everyone can agree Matthias is doing a bang up job, and so he'll hold onto his moderator status until the new moderators get settled with their new power.

It's not like there are an inordinate number of foul mouthed youths on the forum - or is that the point ? lol
Anyway whatever it is keep it up.

Regardless of what your interests are this is one of the most intelligent forums around, without that uptight righteousness that infects so many of the webs forums.
I get the feeling that people treat those things as their own private fiefdoms.
I think to date I've discussed everything from civil unrest to martial arts by way of pyrotecnics and photography - and occasionally slinging :-)
And I just want to know where tint finds the time :-)

And hey, major kudos to chris :-)

Fellow slingers....We have received our wake up call.....we now face a 'triple threat'!  And if we savor our repsective memberships, we must post with a newfound vigor, zest and enthusiasm.......


Elsewise it seems....we may be fit to be Chopped, Tied, or Shot!
