Nice choice! I've always loved motorcycles too. Right now I have a 1974 Norton 900. For a long time I've been looking for a bsa 650 lightining and a mid sixties triumph too, but haven't had any luck finding an old one in descent shape.

Those new triumphs are super nice, but are too much money for me to spend on a vehicle that seats one and can only be driven for 5 months a year.

Almost forgot, I'm going to buy an old pan-head indian from my uncle but it needs tons and tons of work, so I won't be riding it anytime soon.

v-twin indian - beautiful, my dream bike, but too much $$ for me to do more than dream. didn't know they had pan-heads, thought they were all sidevalves, aren't pan-heads those other things, hardly-ablesons or something? i've rode a lightning for about 1/2 an hour during which time it lost a pint of oil, but i was maybe treating it without the gentleness such an old bike deserves. my CBR600 which i got for only £500 does 150mph, handles brilliantly, and never breaks down. maybe it has no soul, but what the hell, neither have i
