Here is my basic overhand:

Here is my basic underhand, don't ask how I aim, I have no clue. It just works, this was how I always cast when I first started slinging.

Here is the baseball again, only with full power, and a good rock.

Here is a view from a different angle. That blue deal is my archery hay bales, with a tarp to keep out the rainy.

Here is with a short sling. I went real slow to try and catch the underhand windup to overhand cast deal:
