i take 1-1&1/2Dia. pipe 2&1/2-3iches long slice the ends in four places on each side. stuff one end with a paper wad stick that end in the dirt pour lead or concrete in the other end yes the paper holds the lead long enough to get hard. then i hammer the sliced ends into kinda a cone and wa-la steel jacketed glands  these things stick in trees if your playing in the woods bring pliers to retreave
