I guess you are asking just me Wink

Yeah, I feel that facing away helps me, so I do it most often, but my foots stay on the taget line. I don't use the pirouette. I tried that, but after a few shots I was swimmy Smiley

You have to be in ideal shape for the spining.. otherwise, if you have inner ear problem, dizziness.
Also, must turn head properly to avoid it.
