Jim does great work. His website and URL is below in case anyone wants to have him make one for you. You can pick the colors, style and length. Every sling should have a Burdine or two.

In the shape, structure and position of each stone, there is recorded a small piece of history. So, slinging them, we add a bit of our history to them.

Mine was under $100, forget the exact price, it was years ago. I don't even know if Jim is still braiding, you'll have to ask him.

I corresponded with Mr. Burdine about a year ago when I was first setting up the site. Definitely a nice guy. I get an occasional email from people looking for a hand braided sling, and I pass on his email.
