Fortunately the people I know in Florida are out of Helene's direct path. This will be a bad one with flooding extending well into the Mid South and possibly beyond.

Yeah, definitely scary. Hoping for the best of a really bad situation for everyone in the path down there.

It's stalling around Nashville. Western Kentucky and Tennessee are prone to some really bad flooding.
