Pretty tough tray.  It took a lot of abuse before it died.

Agreed.  Football-shaped ice would also be another great test!  A glande would certainly punch through right away.  I think most stones would too.  I'd be curious to see it done with larger stones that need (to make) a much bigger hole to get through.  It might actually hold them back for a little while.

I found a 12 pack of those trays on Amazon for about $40.  I might order them for some more playing around.  Not sure yet.  Although a definite need is a better way to secure the tray around the rim without punching a bunch of holes in it.  I've had a couple thoughts on that come in.
