Hello all.

I've had a long-time interest in slings, but somehow never found the time to learn how to use one. Now that I am retired, I seem to have the time.

I've really enjoyed seeing all the great slings that the very talented people here have made. My first attempt will not be as hansom. But I hope to learn some of the build techniques and learn to make better ones.

Most people's first slings aren't pretty. Mine sure weren't. Welcome from New Jersey.

Welcome from another retiree, in Southwest Florida! If you can tie a sheepshank and a couple other knots you can make some good looking slings.

Slinging is a lot of fun, enjoy the journey.

I lived up in Prescott for a number of years, back in the day.
