Hi all, I wanted to put it out there and see if anyone wants to braid me a sling (for a fee) made of 100% kevlar.

I have a ridiculously poor ability to braid and weave despite trying for years. So I thought I'd ask and see what the going rate would be.

I would be looking for one around 29 inches, solid woven pouch, tapered release cord. Happy to work out exact dimension for my grip style etc if there is a reasonable offer.

I understand not everyone has kevlar lying around, but please check out https://www.emmakites.com/collections/kevlar-line-1

Also a proper way of cutting would necessary for the maker (normal scissors are a pain to cut kevlar with).

Im in no rush, just keen to see if anyone is interested.

You should hit up Kinetic Slinger on YouTube. I got one of his braided kevlar slings. They are great.

Chaney also recently joined the forum under the same name (Kinetic Slinger). I don't think he's posted anything yet though.

Just following your idea man. Chaney was a great suggestion. I have a sling from him to, but he didn't come to mind for some reason.

Chaney makes a fine sling . Full Kevlar I haven’t seen , he usually has poly in the pouch weave but I’m sure he can make it work.
