Alright everyone who’s going.

I very much plan to attend this one. I've missed 2 years of it now, definitely time for a return. I was so jealous seeing all the pictures of the last one, looked so much fun.

My brother has said if I compete in a green and gold Cathy Freeman like suit he will pay for me... Im gonna try and hold him to it...

In total it cost me about 6k but I booked very late and had some other costs involved in getting there.
I think it’s doable for around 3K if you book early enough and don’t live it up . But I recommend going for sure . Hey team Australia!!!

@JudoP - When is your flight?  I have a connecting flight through London (Heathrow).  Assuming the flight is on time, I'll be getting there at 6:35 AM on Oct 11.  My flight down to Ibiza is taking off at 9:05 AM.

Wrong side of the country! I'm flying from Manchester as I'm back up with my parents at the moment. I'm going on the 10th too so a day earlier. Leaving 13:10 UK time and arriving 16:50 Ibiza time.

We got Joe, Mersa, Judo, Sarosh, Channing, Kick, hubert and myself... anyone I missed?

Really looking forwards to this a lot. Out of the listed names, the only ones I've met before are Kick and Hubert, so will be great to meet so many more of you that I've only ever interacted with online.

I only wish CA were still around to join. Truly an irreplaceable prescense in the slinging scene. I believe David Morningstar is also not attending this year so it will be down to me and AA to fly the UK flag.

Here is Chris from Austria, we booked flights as well. With me will be Willi aka Paco and Lorenz, who came both last year as well. Alex, a new participants from Austria will probably throw with the two Swiss guys Martin and Alex, so that they have a third member for their team

Here's some videos from Ibiza I thought might be interesting for everyone to see.

The first video is the end of the last day.  Things ran late and we ended up slinging in the dark.  Mersa, myself, and a guy from Lithuania ended up in a 3-way tie for second place and had to do a shootout to see who got 2nd, who got 3rd, and who got nothing.

Something else I'll mention, these videos are posted on my channel but they're unlisted because I don't really consider them my content.  I'm just hosting them because I think people might be interested to see them.  The videos will remain unlisted, but feel free to share them within the slinging community if you want.

Forgot to mention in that last post, the first video of the night slinging was recorded by JudoP.  So kudos to him for capturing that.  The second video was recorded by me.  That also happened on the last day when almost everyone was inside for lunch and the award ceremony (which happened before we were even done slinging  :P).  I saw the scene developing and thought it would be something worthwhile to catch on video.  Lewis did not disappoint.
