We sat down with Channing, Practical Paracord, to talk about the competition in Ibiza and how he's been training for it. It was a lot of fun talking to him and I'm looking forward to meeting him this week :D

I must confess that... I could listen to this one episode.

Mostly because I couln't understand 3 words of what Channing was saying, either because of his accent or the sound quality (or most plausibly both) :-[
