Or is it the opposite? If you had to post a ridiculous piece of attire that describes something about you what would it be and why?

I live in Texas and near the beach. Zing! Witty huh? Nevermind Ill leave.

Oh no. What fresh abomination has Morphy created now? I hope you at least made the missing leather into slings!

A true Texan would just wear normal cowboy boots on the beach... in the water... while riding a horse and holding an AR15 in each hand.

2005. Lackland Air force base, but i was Navy.

Made tons of enemies from the AF, due to thier women liking our uniforms better. ;)

I have a couple clothing pieces that are truly me.
I've even thought of buying a mannequin for when I'm older and putting my classic younger days outfit on it..... Let it have a place of prominence in my future mansion hahaha

Who said yours will be boot leather? You know leather thongs are big out here in Texas. And by Texas I mean mainly me. As Joe said, Zero waste. Come to think of it this may be an excellent shotgun sling. It can hold multiple glandes. Buh Dum Tsk!!

I like the boots and the thong sling is, of course, always a fan favorite but realistically this is more in line with my experience of 2020. Bullet proof vest and mask.

@Morphy... it’s Houston. Soft body armor has been a daily necessity for the last 15 years. If anything you might need to add ceramic plates for 2020, because everyone now has a ghost AR16 ;D

In all seriousness, I’m glad to see you taking precautions. This is a crazy time to be a first responder. It sucks that the people who come to save your life have to plan on getting shot at in the normal course of doing the job. You’re a saint Morphy, and you definitely don’t get paid enough to put up with that kind of garbage.

That’s why I’m not a fan of the whole hero thing for any job. Yes some jobs suck worse than others. For example, you would have to be crazy or very, very brave to go into law enforcement in the present day. Truly good, moral cops to me are some of the most amazing people. I know I couldn’t do that job.
