Hello Everyone, I have joined to learn more! I have made a few slings and it is spurring me on to get more skilled with cordage. I am only just learning to throw with a sling, it’s difficult to find a safe spot in the uk to regularly practice. I have seen a few guys with good skills on YouTube and I would love to progress.

I think maybe a heavy rubber ball with an excuse of exercising my large lurcher puppy will be the most acceptable way forwards!

Welcome from Finland! I've found making cordage to be incredibly fun and satisfying. What sort of sling are you using?

Hi SHEP and welcome! Hey if you haven't yet you might considered joining the SITH. Especially as a newer slinger it will offer you a view at other construction styles and sling types. Hope to hear more from you.
