Propaganda indeed, funded by the Kremlin. Anyway, that's pretty crappy ammo he's stuck with using. Accuracy must be an issue.

What is he supposed to be slinging at? Better not make someone angry, it takes him minutes to reload and he can't run away if someone decides to smack him around with a stick.
