Greetings all! I've just recently found this site and have subsequently used it to make 3 slings in the past 4 days. The information here is amazing and I appreciate you all putting it up. Not much to say about me. I have used slingshots for quite a while and wanted to try the original version, haha.

Not very good, but first one I made. I'll post my others when I get home. I'm working on a jute Rockman style now as well

I was actually quite proud of it, as I'd never done any kind if braiding before. I think I enjoy making them almost as much as using them. (Almost)

I have a pile of slings I'm supposed to be giving away but I just keep adding to the pile...

I would give away some of the ones I make, but I'm not really sure what use anyone would have for them when they could make ones better than mine.

When it comes to sling trading, it’s all about how you sell it. Just tell everyone that it’s made by the greatest bad sling maker in all of Alabama ;D

My first dozen slings were really awful. Your slings certainly look better than most of my early ones did.

Braid when you have a few spare hours and could use a rest. Sling the rest of the time :)
