An atlatl I recently made. Doesn't represent any particular style or culture.

20 inches long. Made from fire-killed juniper with a mule deer antler tip spur. Buckskin banner (the banner helps cut out horizontal vibrations) Hand-rubbed finish with orange oil.

The banner acts like a stabilizer and cuts down on horizontal vibrations, which gives you more power in your throw.

So I was told anyway, and I tried it and could tell the difference.
