You may have noticed that the Forum has gone through some changes.  Don't Panic.  

  I noticed that the Half of the Forum board had been taken up by sticky threads that probably could have been organized a bit better, so, I organized them.  
  Many Links related to the Ranking and Merit System can now be found in the new RANKING AND MERIT SYSTEM INDEX Sticky.
