CRAFTING ACHIEVEMENTS

“SLING CRAFTER 1-4”

Requirements

Level 1: Craft a sling and use it. / Post picture of the crafted sling.

Level 2: Craft three different types of slings / Use them / post pics of them.

Level 3: Craft Five different types of slings / Use all of them / Post Pics / teach someone to make a sling or post a tutorial on how to make one.

Level 4:  All level three requirements / Make a Sling with a high complexity level, Difficulty, a unique Material(s) or all three.  Post a comprehensive review of the Sling (How well it works, how much time did it take to make it, what materials were used, what techniques, etc.)  

Level 5(Master): All level 4 requirements. / Make a sling with a very high level of difficulty, complexity, functionality, and/or Aesthetics.  A Master Level Achievement will require a peer based review.  This review will be posted on the board as a poll lasting for three days.  During this time, all members of the Organization may vote on whether or not the sling qualifies.)

“AMMO CRAFTER 1-4”

Requirements
Level 1:   Craft ammunition from a “natural” source, i.e. Clay, Dirt, snow, ice, etc. / post pics of ammo.

Level 2:   Craft ammunition from a “Synthetic” Source such as rusty sling balls, concrete, Jello, etc. / post pics of ammo (Optionally, the camera/computer challenged may submit a comprehensive description of the ammunition.)

Level 3:   Craft ammunition from a difficult medium such as molten metal, rock, etc. / post pics.

Level 4 (Master):  Must be a Level 3 Crafter / Teach someone to make ammunition or post a tutorial / Must craft complex ammunition (Darts, glandes with modifications, fire pots, etc.)

“TOOL CRAFTER 1- 4”

Requirements

Level 1: Build a tool that will assist in the crafting of a sling, sling ammunition, or their use. (Home-made looms, special braiding tools, etc…)/ must post a pic of tool

Level 2: Craft two different kinds of tools. / Post pics of tools

Level 3: Craft three different kinds of tools. / Post pics of tools.

Level 4(Master): Craft four different kinds of tools. / Post pics of tools

“MISCELLANEOUS CRAFTER 1-4”

Requirements

Level 1:  Craft an item that supports the Art in some way. (Targets, ammo pouch, perfect stone detector, etc)

Level 2:  Craft two items that support the Art. / Post pics

Level 3:  Craft three items that support the Art. / Teach someone to make the item (Optionally: post a tutorial  on how to make the item.) / Post Pics

Level 4(Master): Craft a highly complex item that supports the Art / Post pics.

“MASTER CRAFTER”

Requirements

Achieve Master level for at least three of the above crafting Merit Awards.
