A while back I posted a thread about slinging while running. http://slinging.org/forum/YaBB.pl?num=1222172108/0 In that thread I mentioned that I would make a video, which I have not done... until now!!! If you want more information about what I'm doing you can just check out the origional thread which I have linked to above. Here are the videos.

Sorry it took me so long to get those up. I now have a phone that shoots decent video, so I don't have to try and weasel the camera away from my wife to shoot videos on my lunch break. Enjoy the videos, and go out and try it!

Great video. I tried the running once as I was goofing around never test the accuracy. I will have to give it another go.

What would happen if Usain Bolt ran at full speed and then, sling a rcok. Ouch

Cool video Brian, we play a sling version of wall ball where I live. It looks very similar to what you are doing.

You start about 20 yards from a brick wall and shoot. The other player runs to catch the ball and then throws and you continue until someone scores a point. Games are normally played to five points.

There has only been one sling related injury, my buddy managed to whack himself in the ear with a loaded sling, thank goodness we were only using tennis balls. ;D

I did my first sling running attempt this morning, and it was...FUN. Not really complicated at all. I have practiced my "byzantine" sidearm for a long time, and here is where that really came in handy.
I even hit my parking sign target once :)
