With a "closed" release, pinching retention and release thongs together between thumb and forefinger like the Assyrian bas reliefs.

Think he put some backspin on that famous smooth stone? I'll be he did.

We want the place you got it from, so we can see if there are more nice things there. (A link to a website will be great, but if you have a printed version, title and writer will do. ;D)

Aack, can't seem to find the reference for this one. I will keep looking. We should make a habit of collecting the references, particularly for use in the wiki and book.
