personally i dont understand vegans they claim to be healthy but i could easily snap thier wrists.  go to health food store thier the ones who look like they have the flu and are beluemic. any way ill just be post funny links i find with vegans being thier wierdo selfs.

Yeah, vegans are crazy in my book, but I'm crazy for wanting to live more simply in other people's books.  Be open minded ese.  Also:  Bulimic, weirdo, selves, their.

I have seen "normal" vegans before. You would have never known that the were vegans.

When I read about all the animal diseases humans do get I do understand vegetarians and vegans. I do not want to live like that myself, but that is something different.

 There are plenty of plants that can supply the needed protiens and fats needed in diets.
 Also, the plants in the wild have many many more times the vitamins than any store bought veggie or meat. 2 rosehips, for example, contain more vitamin C than an orange.
 I know vegans,and we get along ok. You never know when you might be in a situation where plants may be easier for survival than getting meat.

I think you should be able to benifit from all your resources. Meat and plants. Both are very benifical when eaten in correct portions.
