Let me start a new thread on the chat.
I will try to be online every sunday, Noon Eastcoast time = 17:00 England = 18:00 Europe.

Why doesn't everyone when they come to the sight just make it a point to sign in to chat? I have been on the sight before and seen ten people on the website but no one chatting.

If I see a lot of people on the site, and I do have the time, I do open the chat. Sometimes more people do the same, but some people will never come to chat sites, and some computers are not able to connect to chat sites.

As can be understood, the chatroom was well filled yesterday. Just a pity that there where never more than 2 slingers (me included) at any one time as long as I was on. I hope it did not upset anybody to find some knottyers in their chatroom. If so, my excuses.
I will give the chat one more try next week, so from 18.00 European time, 17.00 English time, Noon American Eastcoast, and earlier in the morning for the rest of America, 8 in the morning Alaska, and in the middle of the night in Asia and Australia, I will be on, for as long as there are people to chat with, with a maximun of 3 hours.

If this time is not convinient for you, please name a time you can be in the chat, be there and see whoever else will show up.

You join in the chat by clicking on the button in the heading of the page. (You need to be a member I think.)

We would not want to do it more often, the next time the chat is down, (may be a few months from now any way,) we will find an other chatroom, as we have done always before too. But since I have had this chat open every sunday for a couple of weeks, it was a convinient place to come to. (And most often the subjects are alike if not the same, on both chats.) It may even give us a couple more interrested members here.

I am not saying the site won't let you. I would be for them using it when their chat goes down. I had fun listening to you all the other day. It just would not be fun if they are there every day. Which i know proably wouldn't happen any ways.

I've checked in a couple of times, but while talking to myself is something I've had a lot of practive at :-) I gave up doing it in chatrooms ages ago :-)

there were 10 of us logged on to the forum yesterday afternoon and only me in the chatroom. Oh yeah and kold popped in for 2 seconds and then buggered off without saying anything.

Is it actually worth my checking into the chatroom at all ?

What I try to do, yet forget alot. Is to open a new window for the chatroom, login, and leave it there and check whenever I'm waiting for a page to load.
Seems to slow my comp. up a little bit, but not to bad.

If you have anounced that you are on the chat, it would be nice to remove that message when you go ofline, so that we can always see when someone is on the chat and when not.
