A few of us have said that they are limited in their slinging because of shoulder injuries.

There are exercises that can help get you back into it. Your body wants to heal, and it should not take much to help it.

Check this articles:
Frozen Shoulder Rehabilitation Exercises

Not a substitute for medical treatment!

A lot can be done with dumbbells or elastic Therabands.

I have noticed that I can't undbend my right elbow as well as the left one. I feel that the biceps is the reason. I suppose that muscle protects my elbow joint in this way. Does anybody have something like that?

Not me Yurek You should probably do stretching exercises to loosen those muscles some?

Or maybe you want that arm "spring loaded" for your world record attempt. ;D

When are you going to try for that record?

I do some stretching exercises for that muscle, but not very intensely.

Oh no! I don't think that it can help me, hope it doesn't stops me at least :)

I feel that I'm ready, but must gather all needed things, people togther in one nice day. I'm going to try this summer, but I can't say the exact date yet.

Good luck with your record attempt! I hope you are able to video this historic event and post here.
I am curious as to how all this will be verified, are the glandes marked where they are found? Where they impact? Do you serial number them? Seems like there are alot of details to be worked out, but I am sure someone has already done this.

Thank you. The attempt must be documented very well. So I'm going to share some materials here, of course. However I have to do it first.

Yeah, preparation of the try isn't easy for me, indeed. The glandes will be numbered and marked. A fall of each one must be observed (heard) by judges who will be hidden nearby. They will be find the impact point and the glande. The glandes will be covered with garish flaking paint, which should indicate the impact points.

I think it is too early to do the both things you ask ;) I don't want to count my chickens before they are hatched :D If so I will do it with pleasure.
