Title: Noob from Paradise.
Post by Slingus Khan on Sep 23^rd, 2026 at 10:03am

Greetings to all. my name is Jarid I live in Paradise California and have recently discovered slinging as a way to throw tennis balls for my dogs and of course it has turned into an obsession of sorts. I was thrilled to find this site and look forward contributing and sharing my experiences. I will be sharing pics soon. Thanks to all.

Welcome from Vienna!
What kind of dogs do you have?
Our little pack consists of a small female Podengo, a large Husky-Shepherd mix, and a female Canaan Dog. It’s a fun mix and you’re never bored with them! ;)

Hello Dobi, my pack consist of a 5-year-old male German shorthaired pointer, 6-year-old male golden retriever and a 7-year-old female Jack Russel terrier. Thank you for asking.

How has Paradise recovered after the fire?

You're not too far away from me and a few other slingers. I think we might even have critical mass to have a multiperson get-together if everyone is willing to drive 2 hours.

That sounds like a very interesting mix, too! ;)

@ IronGoober
It has been a long and slow process but coming along thank you for asking. I'm very glad to hear that some of you are close and would love a get together, please let us all know if anything comes of it. Thank you all.
