We need a superhero or an action hero that uses a sling! I mean, aside from David.

If I remember right from the Batman animated series, ( the one from the 90's, not the one now) Robin uses a short sling occasionally. I remeber him using it against a baddie named Bane. Bane is 500 lbs of steroid muscle, so he just shrugs it off.
I think Spiderman has occasionally made slings from webs, also.
God, it's amazing that I am using brain cells to remember trivia like this.

ninja ally of a ninja from beverly hills used short sling with a steel bullet to put back artificial mustache back on the white guy.

(he put the muctache on the bullet, than slinged it so the mustache glued itself back in place right under the nose.)

There is a 'real' slinging hero, he was even named for it!
Translated into English his name would be something like Thierry with the sling.
With thanks to Matthias, who found the photo and has stored it somewhere so I can use it again.

Didn't Tint write a whole lot with the main hero using a sling!?
