sure you can, whether you live or not afterwards is another thing.

They serve fried froglegs down at my local restarant on the friday seafood buffet. I would suggest that you would need a lot of littleins or a couple of big frogs. If you go to basspro they seel frog giggs (spear heads). Frog gigging is pretty fun too.

I use to go frog gigging. I dont know what the frog was called but we only went after one type. there good fried with garlic and butter :)

The cool thing about frogs is you can hunt tham with anything. I heard the cheap slingshots that are sold for $5  are good for frogs. I have also heard of people using high power rifles for them (not joking, and not a good idea) :o

r u serios about the rifles, but guys the main qoestion is theres abunch of 3 or 4 inch frogs around and if there not posin of any kind can i eat them, i can catch a bunch so i could make soup, that is if there edible

I also use to just pop then into the microwave for a little while. Thats not as good as frying or bakeing them but still allright.

I guess ( and anyone may correct me) the main stipulation is that the skin and the glands on the but have to be peeled off. I have also had frog legs, and enjoy them. Aren't they the only part worth eating though??

the legs are the only part i have ever eaten. I bury the other parts in the compost heap.

The rest of the parts are good fish bait or for a trap if you want.

If you have frogs thats a good thing meaans the water is realitively clean.  

Im no frog expert but I dont think their are an poisonous frogs in the US.

Bufo Maritimus, but that's really a toad. If you lick him you get hallucinations.

Person 3, Your'e right. There is nothing illegal about frogging and fishing ( yeah, you heard right) with rifles and bows. Trying to catch a deer with a rod and reel, that's a different matter.

I imagine there would be quite a go around for a while trying that. ;D

I read that in a wilderness survival guide, about no "bag-limit" or restricions on frogs.

I've seen several cases were varius birds were caught with a rod and reel. one thing that was really funny was when somebodies worm was eaten by the bait i was using
