Looks natural and comfortable, accuracy is pretty good, I’d say it’s a effective technique

Hips!
I always say it but it's where the power comes from. Also, if you bring your throwing arm further back and expand the chest muscles, you'll get more power and a longer power stroke. This is all related to increased power but when has more power ever been a bad thing?

are you suggesting that I should be using a completely different release motion?
No use which ever style you like best. In most of your throws you are sending arm down over your shoulder in others it is coming from the side of your shoulder(The throw
at second 26 use that one
).

Ah, yes. That is a recent change actually, and the muscle memory isn’t all there yet. I started putting more shoulder rotation into the end of the throw, which seems to help, but it still takes a conscious effort to make the full motion, so it’s a bit inconsistent. When I added more shoulder rotation, the form also started to look a lot more like a baseball pitch.
@Kick and @Thomas... thanks! I will try your suggestions.
@Jaegoor... perhaps something is lost in translation, but I honestly can’t tell if you’re trying to help or if you are trolling me. Do you have any recommendations for improvement? Or only criticism?

I could be wrong but I think Jaegoor was talking to me about my unclear feedback

I think Kick and I are both speaking of the same thing. I would say "open up" to create a bigger motion.
You got a great throw BTW

Danke Jaegoor. I am not offended by honesty if it is helpful. That is the feedback I was looking for. I have really only been slinging for a few short years and my “style” continues to evolve. I do not pretend to be an expert. I only asked for criticism so I can learn and improve. If all you say is my motion is bad, then there is nothing to learn. Thank you for explaining your previous comments.
