Simple wrapped sling
Jul 25th, 2020 at 4:50pm

Hey guys,

I recently switched from my old rockman sling to this lighter design. It is made of 3mm dymeema strings wrapped with yarn.
As dyneema has almost no friction, I wrapped the whole pouch. And it turns out that the sling works quite well: I kind of have a better 'feeling' for the stone.
However, the larger rusty balls tend to slip out. Going to work on that problem. I wondered if anybody has some experience with this kind of sling?  Smiley

Your pouch needs to have a little more surface area that will help stop fouling your shots .
Great choice of materials

Your synching cradle design looks interesting, thanks for pointing me at it. Smiley

I kept calling it synching but apparently it is spelled cinching
