That's great!  It's like Robin Hood meets the Karate Kid.

Yeah I did, i was just on the phone with a friend and sat by my fire outside and picked up a knife and a small piece of robinia. Whittled it away.

Wow!! Thats awesome, that reminds me of the tiny matchstick crossbow i seen on etsy for sale.  Its 3d printed and shoots matchsticks. I definitely nedd that bow up here soon, we have 2 extra seasons then normal.  Mud seadon, and black fly season. If you ever visit my area, you gotta bring that bad boy up.

Many moons ago I was a member of a forum called (I think) The Leatherwall at Stickbow.com. They would sometimes have contests to see who could build the most interesting mini bow. It was always fun seeing the kind of things people came up with.
That might be a fun quarantine boredom thread if we have enough interested people?

Raduka on Yotube has made a lot of mini bows and crossbows including compound versions. He recently showed off a full size compound crossbow he built himself (as in cast the parts out of aluminium and designed the whole thing himself), He's a genius.
