What kind of bag do you use to carry your sling ammo. I've been looking to get one but I don't know what to get

I'd suggest burlap or canvas material.
You may find it in bag form already so you'll need to sew only loops on in a way that you can hang it on your side.
otherwise you'll need to do a little more sewing to also make the bag.
or you can use a pant from trousers and sew only the bottom and the loops .

I've been using three different pouches for slinging and posted about them in these threads.

The attached photo is a small pouch I made from jute using nålbinding. Really hard wearing and can be attached to a belt. I'm working on a bigger brother but I'm slow so it's a way off still
The other two have served me well and the Hungarian gas mask bag is coming with me to Mallorca. C_A has one too.

I currently use a collapsible dump pouch that folds up nicely on my belt when I'm not using it to hold stones. It's very convenient, and works really well.
That being said, it would be nice to have something a bit more traditional.
Those are some nicely made holders Kick, well done.

Eine fantastische Arbeit. Ich habe mir auch eine Tasche in naalbinding hergestellt. 😁

Thanks! I would love to see that Jaegoor. I really want to finish up the larger one as this small one would really be better for lead ammo (which I don't have) or slingshot ammo. With heavy rocks, it doesn't hang all that well from a belt.

I have another one, so you can keep the sling in your shoulder strap.

I think strap. Don't have to keep pulling your trousers up then

belt
because I collect 5-10kg and with belt i avoid pressuring important throwing muscles, also it's a less of a workout and has less friction when I bend over and back up while collecting stones.
P.S. it's not a belt but it is a strap around the waist...

Wow, that netted bag actually reminds me of a few depictions of shepherds pouches/bags in manuscripts and such.
Looks like learning how to make netting is in my future.
