Red Potatoes are one of my favorites. They have a creamy texture when cooked. I think they make the best potato salad.
c_a; onions are a staple around here also. Life without them is unimaginable. My ex Chrissie doesn't like onions. I think she's the only human I've ever known who doesn't.
