That's the biggest struggle I've had with making really good ammo Jauke. It gets lost so easily so there's always this balance between ammo that is good enough to fly perfectly vs not having it be so expensive in time and money to make it prohibitive to use regularly.

I used to think we as slingers had it better than archers because we can use stones and they have to use expensive arrows but unless youre lucky enough to live in an area that has really good stones we often have it worse than archers.

in the vid description he says "70 gram flat lead glans" which is very easy to make noise.
The shape of yours that makes sound is flat or rounded biconical like an olive fishing weight?

My 40-gram glandes are slightly curved, but I wouldn't call them flat, nor are they completely round, oval-ish would probably be a better term for the shape.

I have also slung more rounded football-like glandes and they made a sound as well. At this point the only lead projectiles I have which don't make a noise are thumb glandes.

I should probably also note that they don't always make a noise when you throw them, but a lot of them do.

Egg sinkers are a good shape for slinging also.
