I'll also add to the list every cover that was done by Nirvana on Unplugged. And one of the truly great covers, Hendrix playing All Along the Watchtower.

Hell yeah. Unplugged in New York is one of their best albums and it's live and acoustic. Some try to downplay their musical talent but that album is gold.
