thumb draw reference point?

just exploring the thumb draw .
I can't find a way to aim down the arrow with the thumb draw, the arrow tip is behind the bow. How is it done? Huh

Instinctive shooting.  You want to align your arrow with the target, but not use it to aim.  This video gives a great explanation.  It's concentrated more on the Mediterranean draw, but he covers the thumb draw too.

He also has this video on shooting with a thumb draw.

If you're talking about the one with a shelf on each side of the bow, I also like that a lot.  This was the first time I had seen that.

If you are right handed and right eye dominate, draw with your left thumb.  You'll be looking parallel with the arrow.  And the arrow will go on the left side of the bow.

Or, you can shoot left handed with a thumb draw and use a right handed bow.
