It was a pretty crappy Winter for snow here in New Jersey.  It snowed enough times but every time it was warm the next day and the snow quickly melted.  Some Winters are like that here.  When I was a kid Winters were different here.  There was snow on the ground and we could ice skate most of the season.  We can still get snow even though it's Spring now. Up until the third week of April we're vulnerable.
