It's been going non stop for almost 2 weeks. It's been great,  we do bake ourselves out but I would rather that then not be warm enough.  Today we will be having a high of only 10. So if we need to cool down, we open the windows for a bit

Nice you have the natural spring as a back up in case your pump breaks.  Plus after you dig it out the dogs can get their own water.

Yeh, I had an idea that it might be, due to a few things I saw in the area and on maps of my land. But I did get confirmation from one of the other owners who was a logger and logged the land. So its s TRUE, I just hot to dig it out.

That's an idea we have been thinking about. Will take a couple of years before that happens.  It floods the next property over where it runs off. We might have to deal with the EPA before we do that due to federal regulations but from what I have seen,  it really depends on the size of it.
