If a cybernetic soldier was to hypothetically have a need for a sling for whatever reason, assuming they were much stronger and faster than today's superstars, could they do in turn much more damage?

My hypothesis is yes, because the point of the sling is to make a projectile much more effective from its user than just by the user's hand, of course we can assume for distance, this cyborg probably could throw something from their hand about as far as a slinger would ever need to. But again, would they be able to have more force or even range for that matter?

If this is true, just imagine what could be done with titanium glandes!
