Your Life is on the Line

As the title says, your life is on the line.  You have to perform one skill to perfection or you die.  What would it be?
Playing Blues guitar is something I can do in my sleep.  That would be my first choice.  There is one other thing...  but I probably shouldn't mention it here.

Give a presentation on my bachelour degree thesis. I did it yesterday and it was easy. If there's one thing I know inside out it's my thesis. Spent enough time working on it, I should know it Cheesy

Well it does say perfection and I don't think I'm perfect at any skill but if I had to choose something that I'm better than the average person id have to say climbing trees! And your life basically depends on you climbing properly everyday , so pressure would be less. Guitars up there so is surfing but think if my life depended on it id go for the trees.

okay I've had a think and I'll go with making bouillabaise.
If mine's not the best in the world, then it's just because the judges have no taste buds Smiley

Alternatively I'll also go with making mincepies - my homemade minecemeat is as good as it gets Smiley

While I'm not a pro or anything I can hold my own in table tennis. There have definitely been some games where the ball is going back and forth so fast you almost have to let the subconscious take over.

Oh I thought of another one. Throwing peanuts up in the air and catching them in my mouth. I've spent many boring weddings honing my skills.

c_a's response reminded me of something else I could do.  I make the best gravy on earth. I learned from Mom.  Turkey, pork, chicken, it doesn't matter.  My gravy is to die for.
