I finally got the little devil Pandora fixed on Monday.  She had just finished her heat.  Max is fixed but Benji isn't.  He's tiny but determined so rather than take a chance on having a bunch of cute but unadoptable Husky/Terrier mutts around here I took care of business. Also getting her spayed makes her less susceptible to certain types of cancer and other health issues.
    I'd meant to do it a while ago but living by myself or with undependable Chrissie it was difficult to find two weeks that I could devote completely to her recovery.  Now that I have Mike the roomy here I was finally able to get it done. 
    She's been as good as gold but the boys and I are a little stir crazy.  Mike isn't here all of the time and I can't give them their exercise if I'm stuck inside making sure Pandora doesn't  damage her stitches.  This is all  small potatoes.  In a week and a half everything should be normal.  Then it's little cock knocker Benji's turn to get fixed.  For the boys it's a much simpler, cheaper operation.

  I got a little break.  They will her remove her stitches tomorrow instead of Monday.  She has been much better than I expected but you can only keep a Husky quiet for so long.  The dogs and I are getting on each others' nerves.  Getting this done four days earlier is a big help.
